If you’ve uploaded listings using an excel file, I’d appreciate any input on doing so successfully. My upload attempts have failed due to 2 error messages:
Error Code 717 “The package weight is not valid or missing.”
Error Code 737 “Please enter a valid postal code.”
I don’t see columns for these 2 things on the template that I downloaded from eBay.
Instructions say you don’t need to enter a postal code if you enter your city and state in their column.
If you sell books, did you enter their ISBNs? Instructions seem to say it’s required, but so far I left that column blank and it didn’t cause an error message.

I chatted with support, but so far they were unable to address the above.
