Unresponsive seller

Purchased April 1      Seller marked as shipped April 6    As of April 10 no tracking number   Seller unresponsive to 4 messages re: shipped item , including request to cancel      I don’t believe it has shipped and want to cancel  but there is no way I can find to accomplish this

Hi @johnfredbarry   Only the seller can cancel for you, if it's been more than an hour after you purchased.  Since the seller isn't responding, you'll have to wait until after the estimated delivery date, and then you can request a full refund from eBay for Item Not Received.
