Unreadable redemption code

I have an ebay gift card and the last part of the redemption code came off with the film that gets scratched off. How do I get help with a replacement card or transfering the money to my ebay account? I have the purchase receipt of the gift card.

If you bought it from a physical retail store, you can also go back there with your receipt and see if they can replace it.
