Unpaid items

I have 2 items that were unpaid due to me being in the hospital with kidney stones. I don't think it is fair that I am not allowed to bid any longer as I would like a chance to buy the items that were not paid due to me being in the hospital. I was really sick and septic and was in the hospital for a week. I just want to make it right as it really was out of my control.

It too bad you didn't have a friend or relative pay for the purchases while you were hospitalized.

ebay's new unpaid item dispute now allows a seller to file a Cancellation on day 5 if a buyer has not paid by day 4, so the seller gets credited with the FVF that was charged, and the buyer gets an unpaid strike on his account.

If you still want the items, you can contact the seller, apologize, and ask them to relist those items so you can purchase and pay for them immediately.
