Unpaid Item Assistant - Where is it NOW??

I haven't had a non-paying buyer in a lllloooonnngggg time.  How do I check that my Unpaid Item Assistant is set properly?  It used to auto-cancel a sale after 96 hours - 4 days.  But I can't see it in my account page anymore.

They changed "Unpaid Item Dispute" to "Unpaid cancellation record"  (and for some reason got stingy with capitalization) and "Unpaid Item Assistant" to "Preferences for items awaiting payment" a few years ago (they did simplify it to one step rather than two steps).  Supposedly the settings for the former carried over to the latter.  The link to it is in the above reply.  To find it do a Help and Contact search for "unpaid items" select the one for "Resolving unpaid items . . ."  and the link is down towards the bottom of the page.
