Unfair negative comment - how to ask ebay for help?

Hello ,

I sent an offer to the buyer and he accepted it. Then he started talking about additional free items and that he would not pay. I refused. He asked to cancel the order. I canceled. There was no transaction.

After a month I received a negative fedback  "Price increase came out of nowhere and was not explained. I will avoid doing any sort of Business with them in the future."

Can I somehow ask ebay to investigate this case? I doubt that the request to the buyer will result in a change in the unfair fedback.  Is there any other way to delete this feedback?

If the buyer asked for items not in the listing through eBay messages, you might be able to get the feedback removed.

Ask customer service to review the messages by posting a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay  www.twitter.com/ebay
