Understanding my 1099

When I totaled what was deposited in my bank account, added shipping costs, and the ebay fees from my monthly reports, I still could not account for a large sum reported.  Is there a charge I don't see - maybe it is the credit card company?  What could the extra  be?

I ran report and that is when I questioned the difference.

Items not paid for??  They are still counted as sale.  You have a line for returns and refunds on the schedule c.
