Undeliverable purchase

USPS returned item to me customer provided address is undeliverable. Sent msg to buyer-they requested item be resent to US Virgin Island address. How do I handle this?

Find out the shipping cost to the Virgin Islands and ask your buyer for his Paypal email address.  You can then send him a Money Request from your Paypal account for the shipping cost.  You can then create the label using Paypal.
