Undeliverable purchase

USPS returned item to me customer provided address is undeliverable. Sent msg to buyer-they requested item be resent to US Virgin Island address. How do I handle this?

I had the post officeprint wrong upc for my package. They printed a label.

They then scanned correct upc and printed correct label. How do I get refunded for incorrect label?
