Unclaimed Package. User not found on purchase history.

Ok so I shipped this package sometime last year around December.  On the box has 2 diffrent dates not put their by me. On the box it says return to sender unable to forward unable to forward return to sender rfs. So I go into the paid and shipped area and typed in the person's name . So i could send them a message and see what they would like to do. But I am unable to find the person in so history. Any help would be great. Trying to do the right thing here.

You could run a transaction report for that time period to get the buyer's user ID.
