I would like to ask anyone who can give me some advice.
I had buyer dropped in my page and emailed me said , what is wrong with my listing, do more research before I posting items for sale , and more ....
I emailed back to buyer letting him/ her, know , is not nice things to do correcting someone else mistake / wasn't in my case , with not even facts , wrong information, also buyers had no interest to purchase item begin with .
Buyer replied saying, he/ she , only trying to help me so I will make sale , so buyer couldn't understand why am I getting upset about ?
First , I believe don't trying to help anyone , unless you have been asked .
2nd , if you don't agreed with 1 st , you must have to help sellers listing , make sure get all the facts not your assumptions or opinions.
3rd ,even if
you got the all the cold hard facts there isn't nice ways to correcting others mistake , without offending person , can lead to unnecessary stress and conflict,
With all 3 things should be enoght to stay out of someone else page without tge intentions to purchase from the sellers ,
Buyer wasn't so agreed with my opinion, starting to get nasty saying, I'm trying to scam people with wrong description, ungrateful, much more awful words , finally I had to block the buyer from keep email me. Ignore my Previous requested with polite manner to stop email me . Am I did right thing or ?
Which buyers must understand, if, let say , some seller trying to scam you with wrong description, as a buyer , you ain't got no worries whatsoever, all you have to do is request returns under" WRONG DESCRIPTION "
100% will be approved by ebay . Thats been said, any buyers who dropping in sellers page and start to correcting sellers listings is unacceptable , I think buyer under "lowballincoming" intentions are not helping but causing unnecessary dramas , why ? I don't know , what do yourguys think ?
