I’ve been trying to message the seller and I keep getting this message from eBay. I’ve tried going to their help section (useless) and haven’t gotten the assistance needed to resolve this issue. I’ve waited a day like the message says however still get this message and am unable to contact the seller.

1. Try a different browser (for computers)
2. Clear cookies, cache, browsing history, shut down and restart (for computers)
3. If using the phone app try uninstalling then reinstalling it.
4. If using the phone app try a computer

Go to the seller's feedback or profile page, and compose a new message there using the Contact link.
If prompted for an item number, choose "not about an item".
