Unable to process/print labels for 2 orders

We have 2 orders we cannot process nor print the shipping labels.
We see where the are issues with USPS, UPS  etc.  and we are very understanding.  Though this has been
since Thursday and our orders now show SHIPPING OVER DUE.

Cookies cleaned,  retried multiple times to process these 2 orders as suggested. 
eBay was messaged, they did return our call.  And couldn't fix the problem and we were told that IT would be contacted and we would we would get a return call in about 30 minutes. No return call.   
This was over 12 hrs ago and still

no return call. no email. no nothing...

Any ideas?

There is an technical issue with shipping labels that eBay is working on.

A fellow Mentor created this thread on how to use bulk shipping as a workaround.

You can also try incognito/ private browser mode.

OR try another browser.

If you are buying regular USPS labels Pirateship.com is free to use, integrates with eBay and they charge the same commercial base rates.
