Unable to make Purchase

When i try to make a payment its telling me that i need to change my payment method. I have tried changing cards but still getting the same problem. Anyone to help me in how i could sort this out.

Does your seller ship to Zambia? If not, the seller may not be set up to receive your payment. Even if you use a shipping service in another country, your payment may not be accepted by the seller due to your location.

Contact the seller to see if the seller will make an exception for you, if such a thing is possible.
