For most My eBay pages, if you navigate to the page you want to use as your My eBay landing page, there should be a text link in the upper right corner to of the page to select that page. If there is no text link, there may be a small ribbon outline icon next to your feedback number that serves the same purpose.
Seller hub pages are different however, and require other means to set as a home page.
