 this is a screenshot of what I see when trying to add tracking info or email the return label to myself. I cannot use either option and ebay representatives are impossible to get ahold of now. Need some help please.

Did you receive the email with the link to print the return label?

Could you not print it?

Why is the return closed, did you let it expire?
