Has anyone that sells tcg cards had any issue with USPS not updating tracking when they receive our shipments using eBay standard shipping for tcg cards? I sent out 10 orders on Saturday and as of this morning the tracking hasn’t updated beyond me creating the labels. I have one buyer messaging me everyday and thinking it’s my fault. I can’t reach anyone at usps to try to get a little help. Has anyone else experienced this?

@mel7_68 Let your buyer know that this low cost shipping method is only scanned by the sorting equipment.
The eBay Standard Envelope for select items $20 or under is a metered mail system. ONLY the sorting equipment can read the code.
There's no reason for you to take a loss if the tracking never shows delivery or if it's damaged in shipment then you file an insurance claim.
The most common reason for not having an envelope scanned is because it was not flexible enough to go through the sorting equipment and was considered non machinable. I know of a high volume card seller who said they put three sheets of white paper around the card in a plain white envelope to protect it while it goes through the sorting equipment then it stays flexible and is not damaged.

The "tracking" numbers for the ebay standard envelopes are "read" by the sorting machines at the various hubs, which is why there are size and weight restrictions, and they must be flexible enough to wrap around a Coke can. Once the tracking shows Delivered from the last hub, the envelope then goes to the local post office to be delivered to the buyer.
If you end up refunding the buyer, you can then go here to be reimbursed:

I did refund the one this morning. This particular buyer has been a bully since I shipped the card. I am in Tennessee and they are in new York and they expected a card they ordered on 10/31 and shipped on 11/1 to arrive by Saturday 11/2. They really berated me this morning in a message about it should have shown the delivery time before purchasing (which it does) and me waiting until Friday to resolve it for them was unacceptable (Friday was the day eBay showed estimated delivery). I have shipped over 300 orders and have not had this come up before where the tracking wasn’t scanned but I have also never had a buyer like this before either.
