USPS not scanning items causing eBay to report shipment as late

I have been issues with USPS taking possession of shipments but not scanning them. Twice now eBay has reported me as late shipment when USPS had possession on the day of the sale or the day after. It has become normal now that items are not scanned for at least two days after pickup. One item reported was not scanned for 10 days and that was in CA when it was shipped from MI. I have one right now that was picked up Monday (02/05) and has not been scanned yet. Is there any way to remedy these inaccurate reports?

You need to provide a scan form for your carrier to can when he picks up (or deliver to the post office).

Purchase your labels using bulk shipping and you'll have the open to print a scan form.
