USPS experiencing issues?

It's Oct 30, 2023 at 2.50 pm EST.  For three days I've been trying to get a shipping label and the site states that "USPS is experiencing issues".  Is this still a problem, or is my system stuck on this page that shows this information?

Have you tried ignoring the warning and just purchasing your labels as usual. I was able to do that without a problem as have other sellers. If you are still having a problem however, consider using another website that integrates with eBay such as Pirate Ship.

I was considering that, but was afraid to try.  Another website is what I'll do if it still doesn't work.

Thanks, problem solved. I went ahead as usual and it worked.

I suspect that it's either fixed and they haven't taken down the message yet, or the fix was rolled out to some servers but not all (so some sellers might still be affected). At any rate, it's a relief, right?
