USPS Tracking

Is anyone having issues with USPS tracking? Shows I created a label.  Then USPS waiting for package.  Then randomly scans somewhere along the line or not till delivered.

That is not unusual tracking. Some USPS locations do not scan packages that are dropped off, they are put in a bin and sent to the processing center where they are usually scanned but not always. The package is scanned along the way however USPS does not always put those scans on the public tracking and will only show the delivery scan.

Thank you for your reply. I haven't had that happen before in the 18 yrs I've been an eBay seller. Always shows scanned at pick up or drop off, along the way, and in transit when delay between scans and when delivered.

The only problems I have had is leaving packages on the counter at the post office.  Because of that, I now stand in line to have my packages scanned and get a receipt.
