Anyone experiencing problems with USPS delivery and shipping? In the past month, I have shipped using USPS, some flat rate boxes, some via ground advantage. In addition to deliveries being much later than promised - one was two-day delivery and it took 8 days to be delivered to a neighboring state.
And the ground advantage packages are taking weird routes. Example - shipping from Wisconsin to Frankfort, Ilinois. Tracking showed the package was in Oak Creek, Wisconsin (which is just a few hours away from Frankfort, IL). From Oak Creek Wisconsin, the package went to Kansas City, Missouri for two days, and now is in Chicago, IL.
Another package shipped to Chicago, IL, was USPS scanned as delivered on one day - was not delivered that day, but was delivered the following day.
Also, despite requesting email updates on tracking (requested three separate times) I am not receiving any updates on tracking at all. Anyone else having these problems, and, any suggestions on what to do about this? Thanks.
