In the process of compiling my sales data for 2023 taxes, I noticed only UPS shipping labels are in the report, which I only use about 5% of the time, any ideas how to obtain all of 2023 USPS Postage via eBay reports?

Yes, shipping paid by the buyer is part of the reported payments to you.
To find your cost for shipping label purchased through eBay, you can run a transaction report selecting only labels for the details. Run the financial overview report in pdf form to see the total - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding

That is where they use to be in previous years, it only gives me UPS shipping costs.
- I had 1,273 transactions last year, the data in that report only says $913.46 for 65 transactions, which is about $14.00 per shipment, I typically only use UPS for my larger items, so that matches, but it doesn't help me with my other 1,208 transaction.
- I'm wondering if this has to do with the changes eBay made between them and PayPal a few years back?
UPDATE/EDIT:
- Between the time I posted my original question and now, I ran a report of PayPal for 2023 and found my ~1,200 'missing' labels and their related costs, (approximately $5,400) everyone better check their information if you omit these costs, you will be over-reporting your profits.

Yes, sorry, I didn’t think to ask how you paid for your labels. You can get a total for all labels purchased through eBay, regardless of funding source, from the sales performance report. https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/sales
