USPS Parcel Select Ground Shipping option

How come buyers can choose to purchase shipping for USPS Parcel Select Ground but I don't have the option to ship USPS Parcel Select Ground? This is extremely frustrating since I'm the one loosing money to ship priority mail instead because I can't ship with the buyers choice of shipping! Is there a way to not allow buyers to choose USPS Parcel Select Ground when purchasing?

I think only Top Rated Sellers have the option to offer Parcel Select, don't know why, but Priority cost just a few cents more

If you don't want buyers to 'choose' USPS Parcel Select Ground, then don't offer it on your listings. That's a choice you're making when you set up your shipping costs. eBay doesn't offer that service when it comes to creating the labels, so check out other costs first before setting your shipping options.

You can also print USPS Ground labels on PayPal (paypal.com/shipnow)  or a free service like pirateship.com and upload the tracking to your orders. They have the same discount as eBay, but  you can't use your Pending Payment to pay for those labels.
