This is infuriating to me. Ebay can see that the tracking is uploaded on my end on time, but not scanned by the carrier in some cases, so the seller takes the ding. However, in some cases, miraculously, the packages arrive on time.
I don't have time to stand in line to get my packages scanned. Our local post office is terrible. Anyone else deal with this issue?
