UPS returned package HELP!

I had a package returned to me marked as refused.  Turns out the buyer has the wrong address on eBay.  Buyer still wants the item and wants me to send it again to correct address and is willing to pay shipping again.  Is there any way to do this?

The best way to do this in order for you to be protected is to cancel & refund, then relist it so the buyer can re-purchase providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
