I have been getting notices for UPS cost adjustments. The first 3 notices were between $1-$3.50 each. I let it slide. Then it became more frequent that I started measuring my boxes and taking photos of it. I contacted UPS to dispute it but they said I have to go through Ebay. I contacted Ebay twice to report incorrect cost adjustments but it is becoming tedious with the wait sometimes go as long as 25 mins.
Here's my questions:
1) Is there any other way to dispute the cost adjustment without having to wait for an Ebay agent?
2) It their a "secret" on how not to trigger cost adjustments? Or is UPS doing this to everyone, regardless of the amount of shipment one does?
3) Are there other sellers who have the same problem? I want to know if this problem is rampant, that warrants Ebay to act on it.
