Two shipping labels for one item

I sold one item, printed the shipping label through ebay, made a mistake on the weight, voided the first label and had to print/buy a new shipping label.  Tracking now shows two tracking numbers!  I have notified the buyer of the correct number, but there is no way to remove the incorrect label and it looks like two items are shipping.  Tried to contact ebay support via chat, no luck, no response.

@pkeye1  There is no way to remove the other tracking number.  Notifying the buyer about which number to watch was the right step to take.  

eBay customer service can't remove the extra tracking number either.
