New with tags question

I am new to purchasing on eBay. I received a Gucci purse today that I ordered. The description clearly stated “new with tags attached.” When I opened the box, the tags attached  were eBay tags . I was expecting the original Gucci tags attached.  I feel like I paid the extra asking price because I was under the impression they were Gucci tags.  Was this a fair description on the sellers part? There are no returns and I haven’t received a response  from the seller .  I am not questioning whether the bag is authentic, I believe it is . But I paid about $500 more than other identical bags posted because I was expecting the original tags attached  , not an e bay tag. Thank you

Designer bags will go through an eBay authenticator, and that is where the eBay tags would be added — after eBay authenticates.  eBay tags are not a part of the "new with tags" description.  The authenticators would be responsible for noticing any deviation from the listing, but apparently missed this one. 

What is the listing number?

Are any tags displayed in the listing?

I am no expert on what "tags" should come with a handbag. Designer bags often have fobs and sewn in labels. I assume you are looking for the paper hang tags. If there are absolutely no Gucci hang tags on the item (or displayed in the listing), the seller may have chosen the wrong condition, and should have chosen "new without tags". Or perhaps the seller assumed the fob and sewn label represented tags. You can open a "not as described" return, indicating that the description stated "new with tags" and that the hang tags are not on the item.
