Two accounts

Hello, I recently received an order that I want to return. However, my account does not indicate the history. I suspect I may have another account that I used when I ordered the item. I need to rectify this duplication as well as return this poor conditioned item. The recent invoice for the item I received a few days ago is 16-07232-42192. Extremely unhappy with the quality of the item.

You need to figure out account what you placed the order from. Good luck.

Yes, it does appear that you may have another account.  The account you are currently posting with has no feedback and was registered on March 8, 2019:

To get to your other account, you'll need to remember the email address you used as well as the password.  On the log in screen, there is an option if you forgot either one.
