Hello, I recently received an order that I want to return. However, my account does not indicate the history. I suspect I may have another account that I used when I ordered the item. I need to rectify this duplication as well as return this poor conditioned item. The recent invoice for the item I received a few days ago is 16-07232-42192. Extremely unhappy with the quality of the item.
