Trying to return an item function isn't working

I'm on the return an item page. I typed in my message and added pictures for the seller to see the damage, but the confirm return tab remains gray, not blue. I can't click on the tab to send the message and pictures. eBay isn't offering a phone number so I can talk to someone about this. Anybody else having the same problem?
