Trying to get a refund for something that wasn’t delivered. I can’t get anyone to listen to me. All

Item never delivered. I don’t know where it is. Seller won’t tell me where it is located. So I am stuck

Does tracking show delivery? If so, contact your post office and ask exactly where the package was left. If misdelivered, they should help track it down.

If tracking doesn't show delivery and it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
