Trying Ebay to step in.

I bought an item 6 months ago with 1 year warranty. Item is defective. Seller does not respond my message. I am trying Ebay to step in but cannot find a STEP IN button because the transaction happened more than 90 days ago. Cannot find an email address, phone number or any other contact information. Can anybody help?

Most warranties are manufactured based.

A seller warranty is of not must use. 

EBay cannot help with warranties.
