I need help understanding Express Payout. I ent in my banking info and used it twice in Dec and Jan 2024 without issue- getting pain within hours, as expected. I thought I had indicated that I wanted ALL sales payouts to be processed through Express Payout. I mailed an eBay package Mon. Jan. 22, and it says payout Wed. Jan 24th. I called eBay. The first person said Express Payout is dependent on "available funds" and that I'd get the money on Wednesday. This is not "Express Payout"! The second person I talked to told me to change the payout day from Daily to weekly, which I did, and later got a message that it would be Jan. 30th before I got paid!! So changed it back to Daily. WTH. What am I doing wrong and how do I enable EXPRESS Payout!!
