Trouble setting preferences for items awaiting payment

The number of days before a sale is cancelled cannot be changed from 30 days.  The link to change the number of days does not work. The link sends you to a shipping page.

click the down arrow next to the 30 days instead. It applies to NEW listings.......not completed ones.

Still doesn't work.  I cancelled the order and relisted; however, I still can't change the default settings for number of days before order is cancelled automatically for nonpayment.  The dropdown arrow still remains as 30 days, and the link "click here" to change number of days, only sends me to the shipping page.

Yes, you need to go to the shipping page, which is where the number of days to combine payments is set.  (You can't say that you will combine payments for 30 days, then open an unpaid cancellation in less than 30 days)
