Translating an international name and address from Chinese to English.

I am the Seller. An international Buyer from China purchased an item from me. The name and address of the Buyer is in Chinese. How do I get the name and address translated to English so I can invoice and ship the item to China? Thank-You!

You might try google translation:

https://translate.google.com/

The address provided by the buyer is what eBay has recorded as the shipping address. However, exports require an address in English characters. I would normally suggest leaving the label in Chinese characters and then adding the translation to the same label (or next to the label). Unfortunately, I don't know how eBay's export partner prefers the label. They may require a label in the English alphabet with the Chinese label as an addendum.

Hi @susiekoolk

First of all, that package has to travel across an English speaking country, the United States of America.  its doubtful that anyone will know where it is to go.  If that were me I would not hesitate to Cancel using the Reason "Problem with address" then add the Buyer to my Blocked list (https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements) and then I would use the Report Buyer link on the sold item and explain the situation to eBay.
