I have been selling on Ebay for 17 years, very minimal issues, 100% positive feedback. I sold a trading card and just received a notice it failed authentication. Stating "*The card you sent to the authenticator is not the same card shown in your listing. Please send the correct card to the authenticator when you make a sale." Which is absurd.
When I go to the case details it says "Buyer requested a return" and the Return Reason is "Doesn't match description or photos". So I want to ask what happened??? Apparently the buyer opened a case and it is under review. Also note the buyer has a 4 feedback. I just want to know what is going on. I know I sent the correct card and it 1000% matched the description. Thanks
