I've sent the same card through the "authenticity guarantee" twice now. Both times the card was exactly as pictured, exactly as described. Because they refused to tell me what was wrong with it, I relisted it with no description at all (figuring I had no other option to prevent it from "not matching the description").
But they blocked it again with no additional detail explaining the problem. It's an authentic card with detailed photos showing it's condition and they won't tell me why they keep sending it back. It's infuriating. What am I supposed to do? Sell it outside eBay like their customer service person literally told me to do?
