Shipped item has been sitting in same post office for four days now. It says processing. Customer is tracking and getting **bleep**. Emails me twice a day. what are options, if any?

I would first go to the Order Details for this transaction. You should see the estimated delivery date shown to the Buyer. Once it is one day past that date the Buyer can open an Item Not Received refund request. If they do that, you will need to respond within three business days with either a valid tracking number showing its about to be delivered or a full refund.
Next, go to the USPS site and request tracking updates via text or email. You should get a response fairly quickly. USPS will notify you every time the package moves.
Let the Buyer know you are watching the tracking and requested updates.
I would not refund based on their multiple messages. When it's past the delivery date they can open their refund request.
