I have been a member of ebay for 3 years I ordered a generator from a seller who gave an invalid tracking number and said that my generator was delivered but it never was. The tracking number say that the package weighed 30 pounds but tha generator that I ordered weighed over 200 pounds. Ebay said that my refund would be back on my card in 2 days but then they closed the case and said that they are not going to give me a refund. Ebay obviously see that the generator weight which is over 200 pounds weighed more than the 30 pound package that I supposed to had received which I never did. Ebay also clearly see that I didn't sign for the package that I never received. What should I do now to get my refund.
