There is an issue with listing's which include disappearing ISBN numbers, language and the year published. When I look at a listing, it contains the ISBN, language (english in this case), and the year published. When I click to "revise" the listing, all three are missing -- I then I have to re-enter this info which is labor intensive and frustrating.
I have had numerous eBay stores over the years, but this year I have experienced the highest eBay fee's being charged (20%) which includes promoted items, that's a big chunk of change for small businesses. And yet I have experienced the slowest amount of sales even with promoted items -- I have contacted eBay many times this year to correct this issue to no avail. As a Power Seller (which eBay discontinued this year) there seemingly seems to be no rewards or benefits for seller's listings to be seen first by buyers. It's a Buyers market now on eBay. To say I am displeased is an understatement.
