I recently sold an item purchased my shipping label as I always have and sent it out. The tracking number was not added for some reason and buyer is claiming they did not receive item. Is there a way to find the tracking info ?

Hmmm...it loads for me. You might try another browser.
I'm having problems with some Seller Hub pages loading in Firefox this morning, but was able to load them in Edge.
You can try rebooting your WiFi connection (which is what I'm going to do next), clear cache and cookies, reboot your computer...the usually things to try when pages are not loading properly.
