Hi all. I sold an item, shipped the item to the address provided by the buyer (zip code 19808, Wilmington DE)...but USPS tracking shows "Delivered, Wilmington DE 19850."
Now Ebay says funds are on hold because item was delivered by USPS to an address different than what was on the shipping label. (I double checked, I addressed the package to the exact address provided by the seller). Has anyone seen anything like this before for this area?
