Tracking number isn’t being updated

I’ve entered a tracking number both on the PC and phone and it doesn’t update.  I’ve sent the package yesterday and still today when I enter the numbers, it says tracking number none.  I think it’s a software bug, how do I get it fixed?

Are you printing your labels elsewhere and trying to upload the tracking from a dropdown list in Seller Hub?

Does the tracking show on usps.com or whichever carrier you used?
