I posted product to my buyer, I did not use an eBay label. I added the tracking number to show product had been shipped for visibility to the buyer.
UPS is showing package has been delivered and the buyer has confirmed they have received the goods. Ebay tracking however is stating it is undelivered. How can I update? The virtual assistant is confused with my request.
