I bought an item from a seller in china on July 23rd I got a notification that the item was shipped on July 25th with a tracker however the tracking has not moved since and it’s now August 9th and the delivery date is supposed to be August 22nd I contacted the seller and at first he told me his store was compromised give him two business days and he would fix things as days went by I continue to message the seller and he would say that the item has been shipped and the tracking would update once it enters the country of its destination but I’ve ordered many things from China before and the tracking always starts immediately once the package is moving. Should I be concerned?
