Tracking an order.

I ordered an item on 7/18 . I did not receive a confirmation email, and a search for my order returns nothing. how can I check the status of a purchase.

Go to your Purchase History, go through your list of purchases to find the item. When you find the item, click on Order Details. You should see the estimated date of delivery.

It is not necessary to have a tracking number.
