I asked the seller if he could end the item and accept a flat payment.  He agreed.  I paid for the item and then he relisted it. He’s not answering any of my messages.  It’s marked paid.  I’m guessing that he’s not going to ship it cause it was listed again. How can you help?

did you purchase it from the edited listing? if so,

the estimated delivery date timelines are shown on order details

if you don't receive your item within that timeline, you can open an item not received case starting the next day after the last estimated delivery date for up to 30 days.
