To return an item is return packaging required ?

I bought a micro SD Card and only became aware it was defective after I lost the original packaging.  It's been only about 19 days since I bought it.

Can I still expect a full refund without the original packaging ?

No. You can't return an item that isn't packaged. You don't have to use the original packaging, but use packaging the ensures the item arrives back safely.

You can open a return using the reason that the item is not as described by selecting the return option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Purchase History.

I didn't mean to ask can I return it without packing it in anything (just put a stamp on it ).

My question was in regards to the original manufacturers packaging ... which is gone.
