To add payout method in my new ebay account

Hello Community!

I have created a new account and want to add payout method but I could not get any option for it, can anybody tell me how can I add payout method to start selling.
Note: I have listed 1 item but ebay does not ask for the payout method to set before

The name on your checking account and eBay account have to match.  You also have to provide your SSN.

hey Mr. lincoin i am still not able to add payment method in my account and another issue  i am facing that my listing has zero trafic i copied my title and search in ebbay titla bar but my listing is not visible in any page but in my seller board i can see my listing is live but not showing in ebbay anywhere if i search the title. kindly tell me what can i do

@abdul-3656  I see that your registration address is in Spain and you are shipping from Spain.   Did open your account on eBay.es OR eBay.com?  

You should have your account on eBay.es.

You can contact eBay customer service from the bottom of the help pages.  

Since you can't change the registration address on your account from Spain to the US you won't be able to set up payouts from eBay.com the US site.
