Time limit for Return item

Hello, is there a time limit within which I have to open a case of return item and send the package?

Shipping is from Italy to USA.

Hi @miciulella 

Here in the US Buyer's have 30 days from the date of receipt to file a return through eBay.  They have 180 days to file a claim in PayPal if they used them to purchase.  Below is a link to the eBay Help pages on Returns.

International Sellers can also set up return specific settings so if you are purchasing from a Seller outside the US make sure you check their return policy before purchasing.
